Thursday Cottage English borage honey is a light honey sourced from the borage grown in the Essex Countryside.

Clear English honeys are rare. Pollen content and delicate flavours retained, our honey is clear and ideal for those with a sweeter tooth.

Our English borage honey is sourced & packed in Essex, England. Delicious drizzled over pancakes, muesli or swirled into porridge.

The honey we choose is not over-filtered, so the pollen content and light delicate flavours are retained.

Honey is unsuitable for infants under 12 months.
