This preserve is made from choice sun ripened apricots and is delicious on toast or as a glaze for cheesecakes. The large fruit pieces give this delicious jam a home made feel. Quality is Wilkins? main priority and by working closely with the growers over many years, we are able to ensure that only the best fruit is used for our Apricot Preserve.

This traditional jelly is made from the wild fruit of the blackberry, producing an intense flavour. Blackberries are brought to the boil and simmered for 10 minutes. Found in luxury hotels and top quality restaurants our popular 'Pure Clear Honey' is available in miniature jars for your own personal use. A blend of Chinese Acacia and Fennel honeys are combined to produce this smooth sweet honey. (Note: This variety is not currently produced in a larger size jar). Learn More

Genuine Manuka honey is produced in New Zealand by bees feeding on the Manuka bushes that grow wild in both North and South island. “Active” Manuka has strong anti-bacterial properties and can be rated as 5+, 10+, 15+, etc. The higher the rating, the greater the anti-bacterial effect of the honey. In addition it has recently been found that there is a specific product in Manuka called Leptosperin that is unique to the honey and can be used as confirmation of authenticity.

At Tiptree we have always had every batch of Manuka honey tested for activity and, since February 2017, for Leptosperin, by a UKAS accredited laboratory. We only release product for sale once these tests are completed satisfactorily.

They’re terrific on toast, wonderful on waffles, and delicious drizzled over ice cream. They are all made in our nut free factory in Tiptree, alongside the jam.
