Toast with Christmas Conserve, Strawberry & Champagne Conserve or Tawny Marmalade 


Pre-Lunch - Tiptree Fruit Gin Royale with Raspberry Gin Liqueur

Spiced avocado with prawns and grapes using Tomato Ketchup

Roast poultry or game with Medlar Jelly Jus using Medlar Conserve

Tiptree Christmas Pudding traditional or organic served with Brandy Butter

Pre-Supper - Elderflower Gin Fizz with RAF Hurricane Gin and Lime Marmalade

Cold meats served with Sweet Pepper Relish and Red Onion Chutney
