Tea Room Voucher Orders
If your order only contains a tea room voucher, this will be despatched by Royal Mail first class post and will usually arrive within two working days of the order being placed (longer during Christmas period). A postage and packaging fee of £1.95 is applied on voucher orders. Tea room vouchers are only redeemable across our own Tiptree Tea Rooms and are not redeemable online.
Please note due to the current situation with Coronavirus all Tiptree Gift Cards expiring in 2020 and 2021 have been extended until 31st December 2022.
UK standard orders
All mainland UK orders under £19.99 incur a standard £5.50 delivery fee, Scottish Highlands and Islands may be more, and additional delivery costs may apply for large orders.
The majority of our orders are sent by a nominated courier company and usually arrive within 7 business days from the date of order. It may be possible that your order could be delivered by one of our own Wilkin & Sons vehicles, should this be the case you will not be provided with any email tracking information.
Please note that parcels containing alcohol (e.g Gin, Vodka & Rum Liqueurs) require an adult signature on arrival and cannot be left in any safe place. If an adult signature is not available to accept delivery then it cannot be left and will be taken back with the courier.
UK personalised ordersAll personalised items are individually hand labelled with care at Tiptree. Due to the extra time taken to prepare your jars, personalised orders may take up to 10 working days from ordering to arrive at your UK mainland address.
Overseas standard ordersFor a delivery fee estimate on overseas orders please add your preferred items into your basket, click 'View Shopping Basket', ensure you have selected the delivery country and then simply click on the 'Estimate' button.Please note: if goods are being ordered for delivery outside the UK, import duties and taxes may be incurred once the goods reach their destination, for which Wilkin & Sons Ltd is not responsible. **We are currently experiencing delays to most international deliveries, especially those being delivered to Europe, due to issues beyond our control. You will receive tracking information from the courier where the status of your order can be monitored. We are sorry for any inconvenience these delays may cause.**
Overseas personalised ordersThese are sent on an express courier service, however you will still need to allow 10-15 working days for overseas personalised orders due to the time constraints of preparing these items.
We have developed a series of environmentally friendly and recyclable cardboard boxes to deliver the majority of our orders. These can be disposed of in your household recycling. Where necessary we may use other packaging solutions to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition.
