A smooth and creamy chocolate curd with a subtle hint of orange and made using the finest Belgian chocolate. Awarded 1 Gold Star, in the Great Taste Awards 2016 and 2019.
Our award winning curds are made with fruit, sugar, fresh pasteurised free-range eggs and pure country butter.
The ingredients are slowly and gently mixed in our curd kettles until they are ready to be filled into glass jars.
