Tiptree Ketchup and sauces are very popular as condiments and as ingredients: mix with pasta, use as a marinade with barbecue meats or add to soups.

Ingredients and Method


  • 4 cooked beetroot, fresh if possible (without vinegar)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tbsp sultanas
  • 1 tsp Tiptree Tomato Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch brown sugar


  1. Roughly chop cooked beetroot (grate if using raw beetroot).
  2. Peeland coarsely grate carrots: mix with beetroot and sultanas.
  3. Whisk together Tiptree tomato ketchup, olive oil, sugar and juice from the orange.
  4. Add dressing to the beetroot mix and toss lightly.
