A simple dish for barbecues, we used a large jar of Tiptree Chocolate Spread but you could use individual pots so each person has a selection of fruit and warm Chocolate Spread.

Ingredients and Method



  1. Prepare the fruit and place on small wooden skewers.
  2. Or give everyone a selection of fruit and let them create their own colourful skewer.
  3. Chocolate Spread needs to be warm, so you can either decant the large jar into a heatproof dish and place over a basin of hot water or place in a microwave. If using a microwave for the mini jars or the large jar please warm the contents very carefully – it just needs to be soft so that you can use it as a dip. Please do not overheat
