Ingredients and Method



  1. Reheat pancakes.
  2. Put two of the pancakes on separate serving dishes.
  3. Slice 6 or 8 strawberries and spread over pancake.
  4. Top with another pancake and spread with Tiptree Lemon Curd.
  5. Put final pancakes on top, dust with icing sugar.
  6. Warm Tiptree Chocolate Spread so it is easy to drizzle on top of pancakes.
  7. Serve with Crème Fraiche, remaining strawberries and slice of lemon.
