Ingredients and Method


  • 140g light cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Tiptree Hot Mango Sauce
  • Fresh chives
  • To serve:
  • 200g cooked prawns
  • 3 or 4 slices of pitta bread


  1. Beat cream cheese with a fork to ensure it is smooth
  2. Fold in Hot Mango Sauce – taste – add more if preferred
  3. Add chopped chives
  4. Serve with prawns and strips of warm pitta bread
