HR Officer (Tiptree, Essex)
As HR Officer you will be working as part of a team of 4, reporting to the Head of HR and providing generalist HR services across the group. This is a busy and diverse role that will require you to manage many varying activities including recruitment, providing support on HR matters, payroll, HR information service, training and development, and coaching staff through our policies and procedures. We are looking for someone who is accurate and methodical with high attention to detail, who has excellent organisation and communication skills, accompanied by a friendly manner and a good sense of humour. Excellent presentation skills are a must as is knowledge of MS Excel and Word. The ideal candidate will have Grad CIPD membership, be willing to work towards or is already working towards a level 5 qualification and have experience of working as an HR Generalist. Experience in payroll is not essential as full training will be given. In return, we offer a competitive salary. We are part employee-owned and you will be enrolled in the share incentive plan. Machine Operator (Tiptree, Essex)
We are looking a people to join us on a full time, permanent basis to learn to become Multi Skilled Machine Operators in our Food Production Factory in Tiptree, Essex. These are important roles with responsibility for operating a machinery line, ensuring our products are produced in accordance with our impeccable quality and safety. Working in a small team you will be required to work to a plan whilst maintaining food hygiene standards keeping the line clean and tidy. We are always interested in those of good character and high capability from all walks of life. It is essential to be literate, numerate and more importantly willing to learn. Trainee Accounts Assistant (Tiptree, Essex)
We are looking for an individual to join our friendly finance team at Tiptree. This role requires a confident individual with the ability to take a "hands on" approach for transactional accounting across the business. Main responsibilities include; accurate input of bank entries including reconciliation, processing, coding and inputting of employee expense claims, management and control of petty cash including reconciliation, processing, coding and inputting credit card statements, support to purchase ledger processing, checking bank balances are correct, reconciliation and matching of credit card transactions to orders received, support with the central management of Retail transactions and various other ad hoc tasks to support both the FC and FD. System Improvement Coordinator (Tiptree, Essex)
We are looking a people to join us on a full time, permanent basis to learn to improve our document systems in our Food Production Factory in Tiptree, Essex. To co-ordinate the implementation of a new document system, carrying out risk assessments, task observations and document creation. To support the technical team with specification generation and authoring. To work on the rollout and implementation of the Engage system to production, moving the paper based forms into a digital format via the system and other methods.
