They’re terrific on toast, wonderful on waffles, and delicious drizzled over ice cream. They are all made in our nut free factory in Tiptree, alongside the jam. If you’re feeling naughty, you might spoon them straight from the jar.

Perfect

I have mine with caramel rice cakes as a treat!
This is less runny than the banoffee spread, but still a good consistency.
Perfect flavour, rich caramel but not too sickly or salty. Reminds me of toffee popcorn.

Got a mini selection of jars for Christmas, loved it so much ordered some normal jars. Excellent taste, spreads easily.

First tried these in a sample pot and never looked back! These are so good, on scones with clotted cream. Only downside is that I can’t find them in my local area, but delighted I could order online.

About Us

Our History

The ‘Tiptree’ story begins around the early 1700s with Trewlands, the farm that was later to become the main site for jam-making in the Essex village of Tiptree. Today, there are some 11,000 inhabitants in what may well be the largest village in the country.

FRUIT

Today, we have a plentiful supply of a huge range of fruits, sometimes in many different varieties too. Yet it wasn’t always that way and thousands of years ago, the very first preserves were created in order to store that goodness for year-round use.

Farming

Our farm is LEAF Marque accredited (Linking Environment And Farming), recognising that we work sympathetically with our environment and encourage links with our local community. Fruit crops include strawberries, raspberries, mulberries, Morello cherries, rhubarb, damson, Victoria plum, greengage, quince, and the curious medlar.
