very tasty!

Delicious…my first taste of gooseberry jam was on a school holiday in Switzerland. It was served with warm croissants and was absolutely lovely. This gooseberry jam took me straight back to that time. So tasty, full of gooseberries.

Oranges and Raspberries, Blackcurrant, Apricot, Strawberries and Cherries, I always choose the lot. A melody of reduced fruits, a joy in every pot.

Love this jam as a special treat for friends as a cream tea, can't go wrong, complements my home made scones.
