Sally's Tea Time 'Cheat' Treats

Sally has put together three rather delicious desserts perfect for an Afternoon Tea or after dinner sweet. The best thing is they are easy to put together and include a few cheats with little to no-baking!
Ingredients

9 small Pastry tartlets (We used M&S)

2 tablespoons Tiptree Lemon Curd

10 Blueberries

Pre-made meringue nests

3 Brownie Bars (We used Tiptree Patisserie Brownies)

Fresh Double Cream

1 Tablespoon Tiptree Ginger Conserve

1 Ready baked sponge flan

3 Tablespoons of Tiptree Morello Conserve

Fresh Double Cream

Vanilla Extract

Chocolate Ginger Cream
Cherry and Raspberry Sponge
Directions
Lemon Curd Tartlets
Place pastry cases on a tray, and place a level teaspoon of Lemon Curd in each pastry case.
Put a blueberry on the curd and push lightly into the curd.
Top with the meringue nests and dust with castor sugar.
Chocolate Ginger Cream
Cut each Brownie bar into three chunks and place on serving dish.
Whip cream until firm and then stir in Ginger Conserve – taste and add more if required.
Spoon cream into a piping bag (avoid using a very fine nozzle as ginger pieces.
Pipe a rosette of cream on each chunk of chocolate and decorate with chocolate balls etc.
Cherry & Raspberry sponge
Using a sharp round cutter, cut 9 rounds of sponge and place on serving dish.
Spread Morello Conserve on each round
Whip cream and pipe onto jam. Add raspberries on top.
Decorate with a cream star or dust with sifted icing sugar.
