Tiptree Christmas Pudding Rumtini
50ml Christmas Pudding Rum
25ml Coffee Liqueur
Pinch of salt
3 coffee beans to Garnish
In a cocktail shaker, add 50ml Tiptree Christmas Pudding Rum, 25ml Coffee Liqueur, 25ml shot of espresso and a handful of ice.
Shake for 20 seconds.
Strain into a Martini Glass
Place 3 coffee beans on top to garnish.
