Raspberry Yoghurt Smoothie Bowl

Cool, creamy and bursting with berries, this vibrant smoothie bowl is the kind of breakfast that feels like a treat but takes just minutes to make. Natural yoghurt is blended with frozen raspberries and banana for a thick, spoonable base, gently sweetened with our intensely-fruity Reduced Sugar Raspberry Jam. Finished with more jam, fresh fruit, crunchy granola and a drizzle of our smooth almond butter, it’s bright, fresh and just the thing for an easy morning or a refreshing afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients
For the smoothie bowl

300ml natural yogurt

150g frozen raspberries

1 frozen banana, frozen in small chunks

3 tbsp Tiptree Reduced
Sugar Raspberry Jam
For the topping
-
8 tbsp of your favourite granola

2 tbsp Tiptree Almond Butter

4 tbsp Tiptree Reduced Sugar Raspberry Jam

4 tbsp coconut flakes

100g fresh raspberries
Directions
Add the yoghurt, frozen raspberries, frozen banana and raspberry jam to a bullet blender.
Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides if required. You may have to do this in two batches, depending on the size of your blender.
If your blender isn’t powerful enough to blend frozen fruit then slightly defrost the berries and banana for around 30 seconds in the microwave first.Pour into two bowls and top with the granola, Almond Butter, Reduced Sugar Raspberry Jam, coconut flakes and fresh raspberries.
Enjoy the smoothie bowl whilst still cold and thick.
