Tiptree's signature conserve, a delicious dark crimson luxury jam made from the tiny, rare & intensely sweet Little Scarlet strawberry. The tiny berries are usually no larger than a 1p coin (up to 20mm).
Wilkin & Sons are believed to be the only commercial growers of this fruit anywhere in the world today, making Little Scarlet Conserve utterly unique to Tiptree.

Our History
The ‘Tiptree’ story begins around the early 1700s with Trewlands, the farm that was later to become the main site for jam-making in the Essex village of Tiptree. Today, there are some 11,000 inhabitants in what may well be the largest village in the country.
