Stir in 6/7 tablespoons of Tiptree Mayonnaise along with 2 tablespoons of Tiptree Mango Chutney. Then add curry powder, cinnamon to taste and lastly mix in shredded chicken and sultanas. Top tip: substitute chicken for chickpeas for a vegetarian option.
