We’ve been making Christmas Puddings at Tiptree for generations, and we would like to share an update on their next chapter.
To ensure that we keep delivering the very best, we are moving the production of our Tiptree and Thursday Cottage puddings to our sister site, Cole’s Puddings, which is also based in Essex. Cole’s are specialists in this area, concentrating on the production of quality Christmas and ambient puddings.
We still use the same ingredients in our puddings, we’ve tested them extensively to make sure they still meet the high standards you expect. Our puddings remain palm oil free. There are no nuts in the recipe, however as Cole's handles nuts for other puddings, we will no longer be able to claim a "nut-free site" status for our Christmas Puddings. This will be clearly marked on our new labels/packaging.
The Tiptree Christmas Puddings currently listed on our website have been made at our nut free factory in Tiptree, they were made before Christmas 2025 and have a long shelf life (3 years)
Our Nut Butters are made at a separate site in Suffolk, and our factory in Tiptree remains a nut free factory.
