The team at Tiptree Patisserie have developed the most delicious individual portions of the winning Platinum Jubilee Pudding for caterers, hotels, shops and restaurants.  Handmade Tiptree Lemon curd sponge rolls have been layered with St Clements Jelly, creamy lemon custard, mandarin compote and crumbed Amaretti biscuits and topped off with whipped cream, chocolate pieces and Amaretti biscuit crumb.



"We are very excited to be able to offer an individual portion of the Platinum Pudding which celebrates the 70 years reign of Her Majesty The Queen. This individual dessert, in a glass jar, will be available to wholesale customers to purchase from Monday 23rd May 2022. This will be available to purchase in all of the Tiptree tearooms as of Friday 27th May.
