Its bright tangy sweetness cuts beautifully through rich and creamy cheeses like Brie and Stilton, while also complementing a sharp Cheddar or a crumbly Lancashire cheese. Along with crackers and a selection of fruits, vegetables and nuts, a spoonful of glossy Tiptree Cranberry Jelly adds a pop of colour and a tart-sweet note. This simple and impressive cheeseboard is ideal for relaxed entertaining, festive gatherings or sharing over drinks with friends.

Directions
Prepare the cheeses
Cut the Stilton into triangular slices and the Brie into thin slices on an angle. Slice or crumble the Lancashire cheese into pieces and cut the Cheddar cheese into cubes so that guests can serve themselves.
Prepare the board
Choose a large wooden board or platter. Place the cheeses on the board first, spacing them out so there is room for the accompaniments.
Add the Cranberry Jelly
Spoon the Cranberry Jelly into a small bowl or ramekin dish and place it in the centre of the board.
Arrange the Accompaniments
Add the small bunches of grapes, dried apricots, dried cranberries and walnuts around the cheeses. Tuck the celery batons, tomatoes, cucumbers, cornichons, and apple slices into the gaps to add freshness and crunch.
This is where you can be as creative as you like. Add your favourite crackers and slices of baguette; stack them sideways on the board. If there are any gaps add more of your favourite ingredient.
Serve with butter on the side.
Additional Information
Take the cheeses out of the fridge about 30 minutes before serving so they come to room temperature and develop their full flavour.
Mix and match your favourite Tiptree chutneys and cheeses in your cheeseboard. Our jellies will also be a delicious accompaniment to a cheeseboard and both Tiptree Honey and Tiptree Green Fig Conserve also pair well with cheese.
Use this recipe as a starting point and add other ingredients such as figs, olives, ham, pears, almonds and dates according to your preference.
