These delicious Hot Cross Bun Scones are definitely a crowd pleasure this Easter! Top with fresh whipped cream and our Chocolate Spread for a chocolatey treat.

Ingredients

50g Plain flour
3tsp Water

Directions

Using your favourite Scone recipe as the base (Here is ours), pause before placing into the oven.
Mix together 50g of flour and 3 teaspoons of water and mix until a paste is formed.
Add into a piping bag and pipe a cross onto your uncooked scones.
Cook your scones as per your recipe and enjoy with freshly whipped cream and Chocolate Spread
