Directions

1. Using your favourite Scone recipe as the base (Here is ours), pause before placing into the oven.

2. Mix together 50g of flour and 3 teaspoons of water and mix until a paste is formed.

3. Add into a piping bag and pipe a cross onto your uncooked scones.

4. Cook your scones as per your recipe and enjoy with freshly whipped cream and Chocolate Spread
