Nut Butter and Banana Smoothie

This smoothie is packed with protein and healthy fats to keep you full and energised!

Ingredients

1 ripe banana (Can be frozen)

3 tablespoons Smooth Peanut Butter (Or any Tiptree Nut Butter)

250ml milk (dairy milk, almond milk, oat milk, or soy milk all work great)

Optional Sweetener (to taste): 1-2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup or a sprinkle of cinnamon

1/4 cup ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness and chill, adjust as desired)
Directions
Add the banana, nut butter, and milk to a high-speed blender.
Add Ice & Sweetener, if you want a thicker, colder smoothie.
Secure the lid and blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy. You may need to stop and scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula a few times to ensure everything is incorporated, especially if you're using a lot of frozen ingredients.
If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more milk and blend again. If it's too thin, add a few more ice cubes or a little more banana (if you have it).
Pour into a glass and enjoy right away!
