For Mainland United Kingdom, we have 2 delivery options available. Your dispatch email will include a tracking number but the tracking service varies depending on the service provider.

For the purchase of alcohol, an ID check will be required by the delivery driver upon delivery. Please have a valid ID showing you are over the age of 18 ready. If a valid ID cannot be presented, the delivery will be returned to the sender.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We currently only deliver our products within the United Kingdom.

Please note that we are able to deliver to the Channel Islands, but we are unable to deliver any alcohol products to the Channel Islands.

Any orders placed for delivery outside of the UK or for alcohol products to the Channel Islands will not be processed.

We are unable to deliver to The Republic of Ireland.

A: Tiptree Smooth Peanut Butter has a one-year shelf life from the date of manufacture. Tiptree aims to dispatch products with at least half of their shelf life remaining wherever possible.

Q: Why has the oil separated in the jar?
A: Oil separation is completely natural and a sign that the product contains natural ingredients. As no artificial stabilisers are used to keep the oils permanently blended, some separation may occur over time. Simply stir before use to restore the desired consistency. This natural separation is a sign of a less processed product and does not affect its quality or taste.
