      1. Place the oats in a medium food storage container and add 300ml of milk, the orange zest, the dried fruit and all of the spices. Mix well to combine. Taste and add 1/2 tsp more cinnamon if you prefer a stronger spice flavour.

      1. Check the oats and loosen as necessary with the extra 50ml of milk if needed. Different oats and milks absorb differently.
      2. Take your empty Tiptree jars and add 2 tbsp of Blood Orange Marmalade to the bottom of each jar.

      3. If you prefer a less chunky peel use Tiptree ‘Old Times’ Marmalade which has a finer cut peel.

      4. Add some overnight oats to each jar nearly up to the top.
      5. Finish each jar by adding 2 tbsp yogurt and chopped oranges on top.
      6. You can eat the contents of one jar for breakfast straight away and close the lid on the other jar and put it back in the fridge- the hot cross bun overnight oats will keep well until the next morning.
      7. If you don’t have an empty jar just add a serving of overnight oats straight into a bowl, and top with a tangy Tiptree Orange Marmalade and chopped fruit.
