Christmas Conserve and Mustard Glazed Ham

Bring the spirit of Christmas to your table with this magnificent Tiptree Christmas Conserve and Mustard Glazed Ham. Gently simmered with festive aromatics, the gammon becomes incredibly tender. The magic happens with the glaze, a mix of Tiptree Christmas Conserve, Tiptree Wholegrain Mustard and sweet brown sugar.  Ribena with Christmas Conserve 

Stir in a spoonful of Christmas Conserve into a Hot Ribena for a deliciously warming winter drink.

 Duck with Christmas Conserve and Port Sauce

Soften finely chopped red onion in oil, add a little stock and 1 tablespoon Christmas Conserve, stir over heat then add port, simmer for 1 min and serve with sliced duck breast.

Baked Camembert with Christmas Conserve

Bake cheese as instructions on the box (I baked for 20 mins at 180 degrees) add a large spoon of Christmas Conserve just before serving with crusty bread.

Dark Plums with Christmas Conserve

Gently simmer dark red plums in a little water, as the juice is released add demerara sugar, put Christmas Conserve in small dish and beat so that it collapses then add to plums and heat.

What a way to spend Christmas Day than a warm croissant with a large helping of Christmas Conserve.

Mulled Wine with Christmas Conserve 

Beat Christmas Conserve until smooth, heat red wine in pan and add Christmas Conserve stir well over heat.

 

Pancake sandwich with Christmas Conserve and cream 

Simply heat pancakes, put Christmas Conserve and whipped double cream on one pancake and top with another pancake, dust with icing sugar.

Christmas Conserve Cream

Whilst whipping cream, mix in a few spoonfuls of Christmas Conserve. This can be used for cakes, scones and other festive desserts!
