Directions

1. Add the Christmas Conserve, cranberry juice and a couple of ice cubes to a cocktail shaker or empty Tiptree jar. Add the lid and shake vigorously until mixed.
2. Strain the juice using a fine mesh sieve and pour carefully into a cocktail glass. Add two ice cubes.
3. Fill up the glasses to the top with sparkling apple juice.
4. Thread three cranberries onto a cocktail pick and lay across the top of the glass. Dust the sprig of rosemary with icing sugar then place it next to the cranberries.
