This vibrant, jewel-toned Christmas mocktail is the perfect festive drink for the holiday season. Made with Tiptree’s fruity Spiced Christmas Conserve, it’s mixed with tart cranberry juice and sparkling apple juice for a refreshing yet warming flavour.

You will need a tall champagne flute or cocktail glass.

Ingredients

1tbsp Tiptree Christmas Conserve
150ml cold cranberry juice
2 ice cubes
100ml cold sparkling apple juice

To serve

2 ice cubes
3 fresh or frozen cranberries
1 sprig of rosemary
1 tsp of icing sugar for dusting

Directions

Add the Christmas Conserve, cranberry juice and a couple of ice cubes to a cocktail shaker or empty Tiptree jar. Add the lid and shake vigorously until mixed.
Strain the juice using a fine mesh sieve and pour carefully into a cocktail glass. Add two ice cubes.
Fill up the glasses to the top with sparkling apple juice.
Thread three cranberries onto a cocktail pick and lay across the top of the glass. Dust the sprig of rosemary with icing sugar then place it next to the cranberries.
