Take your hot dogs to the next level with our sweet and tangy Onion Relish, adding a rich, savoury depth with its gently caramelised onions and sweetness from juicy raisins and tomatoes. 8 small smoked pork hot dog sausages
4 soft hot dog buns
2 tbsp soft salted butter
4 tbsp Tiptree Onion Relish
2 tbsp Tiptree Tomato Ketchup
Simmer the hot dogs in a pan of shallow boiling water for 5 minutes until piping hot inside. Alternatively fry the hot dogs on all sides in a frying pan or grill them for 5-7 minutes.
Prepare the hot dog buns by buttering them to your liking.
Spread the Onion Relish generously onto one side of each hot dog bun.
Add 2 hotdogs to each bun and top with a drizzle of Tiptree Tomato Ketchup.
Enjoy with fries or a salad.
