Tiptree Cumberland Sauce Winter Traybake

The ultimate winter warmer: Tiptree Cumberland Sauce Sausage Traybake.
We’ve taken juicy pork sausages and roasted them alongside sweet apples and chunky root veg, all coated in an irresistible sticky glaze made with Tiptree Cumberland Relish, English Wholegrain Mustard, and balsamic. Golden, glorious, and ready in 60 minutes.
Perfect for cosy nights in, paired with crusty bread or buttery mash.
Ingredients
- 8 good-quality pork sausages
- 2 red onions, cut into wedges
- 2 parsnips, peeled and chopped into chunks
- 2 carrots, peeled and chopped into chunks
- 1 red apple, sliced into thick wedges
- 2 tbsp olive oil

3 tbsp Tiptree Cumberland Relish

1 tbsp English Wholegrain Mustard
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 210°C/190°C fan / Gas Mark 6.
- Place the sausages, onions, parsnips, carrots, and apple on a large baking tray. Drizzle with oil and toss to coat.
- Roast for 25 minutes, giving the tray a little shuffle halfway through.
In a small bowl, mix together the Tiptree Cumberland Relish, English Wholegrain Mustard, and vinegar.
- Pour over the tray, turn
everything well, and roast for another 20 minutes until the sausages are glazed
and the vegetables are golden and sticky.
- Serve with creamy mash or crusty bread.
