Tiptree Festive Fizz

Raise a glass to Christmas with a festive cocktail that blends the deep, rich flavours of Tiptree’s Christmas Conserve with a splash of Tiptree English Spiced Rum Liqueur and Prosecco for that extra sparkle. It’s elegant, indulgent, and guaranteed to become a new Christmas favourite.
You will need 2 champagne coupe or flute glasses
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tbsp Tiptree Christmas Conserve
- 50ml Tiptree English Spiced Rum Liqueur
- A few ice cubes
- Chilled Prosecco or your favourite fizz, around half a bottle
- 6 frozen or fresh cranberries
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
Directions
- Mix the lime juice, Christmas Conserve and Spiced Rum Liqueur together, smoothing out any lumps. Alternatively shake over ice in a clean jam jar or cocktail shaker.
- Strain and divide evenly between two chilled coupe or flute glasses.
- Finish by topping up each glass with chilled Prosecco or your preferred fizz.
- Thread 3 frozen cranberries onto a cocktail stick and place on the top of each glass, along with a sprig of rosemary for a festive garnish.
- Drink at once.
