Tiptree Mini Cheeseboards

Whether you are hosting a Christmas party or sitting down to watch your favourite Christmas movie, these mini cheeseboards are the perfect snack!
Ingredients
- 180g Cheddar
- 180g Gouda
- 120g Brie
- 240g grapes
- 120g cashews
- 100g salami
- 1 jar Tiptree Onion Relish
Or Miniature Jars of Onion Relish
Directions
Slice the hard cheeses (Gouda and Cheddar) into thin wedges weighing 10-15g each. Place a slice of each in the centre of each cheeseboard.
Cut the brie into small triangles. Divide amongst the cheeseboards, creating a small stack on one side.
Divide the grapes and set them up next to the brie.
Fold the salami pieces in half, and then in half again. Stack a couple of slices on each cheeseboard.
Add a small pile of cashews opposite the salami, leaving space for the chutney in the middle.
Add a generous dollop of Tiptree Onion Relish to each cheeseboard. Place on top of your wine glasses and enjoy your party.
