A dark creamy curd with the rich flavour of blackcurrants

Made with 28% blackcurrant juice, free range eggs, butter and sugar.

Cooked in small batches to retain all the flavour and highest standard of product.

This fruity curd is delicious stirred into whipped cream and used as a filling for sponge cakes and cheesecakes; or added to a tempting dish of plain yoghurt for a quick and tasty dessert.

Thursday Cottage have been producing high quality artisan jams and marmalades since 1963. From a small thatched cottage in Somerset to a small production unit in Tiptree, Thursday Cottage still stir the fresh finest ingredients by hand, in open pans and hand fill all their jams and marmalades (you get more whole fruit hand pouring).
