Description
Blueberries are famous for their intense flavour; mixed with sugar for a sweet but sharp tasting delicious jam. Delicious spread on toast, crumpet or in the middle of muffins. Our delicious jams are made from specially selected whole fruit and cooked in open pans. Each jar is carefully hand poured in small batches by our cooks. As you get more whole fruit in each jar by hand pouring.

Our History
The ‘Tiptree’ story begins around the early 1700s with Trewlands, the farm that was later to become the main site for jam-making in the Essex village of Tiptree. Today, there are some 11,000 inhabitants in what may well be the largest village in the country.
